The epidemiological report of the Ministry of Health records for this Tuesday, January 25, 659,379 cases accumulated by Covid-19, of which 9,241 turned out to be new positive cases.
Unfortunately, in the last few hours, 15 deaths were registered, updating 1 from a previous date for a cumulative total of 7,625 and a lethality of 1.2%.
Health personnel applied 25,555 tests for a positivity of 36.2%.
Active cases total 78,917, of which 77,607 are at home and 477 in hotels.
Hospitalized patients are 745 in the ward and 88 in the Intensive Care Unit.
The Ministry of Health reminds the population not to lower their guard and continue to apply biosafety measures, such as the use of the mask, alcohol gel, facial screen in public passenger transport, hand washing, physical distancing and the use of of alcohol.
