The Ministry of Health in its epidemiological report for this Thursday, February 3, records 5,210 new cases for a cumulative of 717,171.
In the last hours, 13 deaths were registered, in addition, 2 deaths from previous dates are updated for a cumulative of 7,773 deaths and a lethality of 1.1%.
Active cases total 56,199, while 21,520 tests were applied for a positivity of 24.2%.
In home isolation there are 55,216 and 205 in hospital hotels.
Hospitalized patients are 690 in the ward and 88 are in the Intensive Care Unit.
Kevin Cedeño, Regional Director of Health for Western Panama, stated that more than 27,000 children are expected to be inoculated during the vaccination days that will last until Saturday, February 5.
On Saturday January 5th there will be vaccinations, from 7am.- 4pm. at the Ollas Abajo School (Los Díaz and Obaldía); León Soto School (Amador, Iturralde, Arosemena, Mendoza).
