The Panamanian basketball quintet began its participation in the Asunción 2022 South American Games against the Chilean team, where in the end they fell by a score of 53-37.

The best offensive players for Panama were Guillermo Navarro with 11 points, Aldimir Castillo with 10 points and Arturo Molina with 6 points.
Panama’s next match will be against Bolivia next Thursday, October 13, while on Friday, October 14, it faces Colombia and closes its participation on Saturday, October 15, against Paraguay.
