With this enactment, Executive Decree No. 852 of September 29, 2021, Executive Decree No. 102 of July 1, 2022, among others, is repealed.
The Panamanian Government ordered the lifting of sanitary measures for physical distancing, capacity restriction and the covid-19 restriction measure for travelers who decide to enter the country, who sought to avoid contagion by the disease.
These new provisions, which were established by Executive Decree 122 of September 14, 2022, promulgated in the Official Gazette, include; in addition, the request for swabs and the well-known “QR Code”, which functioned as a digital vaccination card for travelers entering the national territory.
With this enactment, Executive Decree No. 852 of September 29, 2021, Executive Decree No. 102 of July 1, 2022, Resolution No. 405 of May 11, 2020 and Resolution No. 2552 of October 1, are repealed. 2021.
