The Sectorial Vice President of Defense and Sovereignty, Vladimir Padrino López, said on Saturday that in the country a milestone is being marked in the military revolution in unity with the people.
Within the framework of Deployment of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) In the 5,336 communal circuits in the national territory, he stressed that Commander Hugo Chávez was the one who gave a complete somersault to the military doctrine implemented in the country and began to speak at the time of the Civic-Military Union
From Caracas, the Minister for Defense said that this union “has now evolved in popular, military and police merger, a great strength that we have built in revolution.”
«This day is a milestone that we are marking in the military revolution that we are writing, people and armed force together. It is a true military revolution, ”he said.
In addition, he stressed that in Venezuela it is “marking a milestone in the construction and consolidation of our doctrine, which grows every day, develops and expands for the defense of the homeland”
«We are doing this because the country has been placed in the center and deserves our attention, affection, affection and everything we can do to defend it centimeter to centimeter. In popular union, military, police, we will win, ”he said.
The minister added the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, gave the instruction to exit to the deepest of the people, to the communal circuits, where the communal units of militia are found that are forming and strengthening with the new enlistment of the Bolivarian militia.
«We are building them, reorganizing, the entire organic structure of the Bolivarian militia. We are writing all this with our own hands, consolidating with our own thinking, with our own head, with its own national spirit, ”he said.
Unity as a true strength
Padrino López recalled that the country has been permanently attacked, besieged by imperialism, «and we have not left. They leave and want to sweep with us, return to slavery ».
He emphasized that “that of being slaves again” will not be in Venezuela, highlighting the history of will for struggle, independence and freedom of the Venezuelan people. He added that in unity is the true strength, which is not measured in the cannons only, but in the combative will, of winning, in patriotic and political consciousness.
He stressed that everything can be resolved through politics and dialogue, not by force and imposition. “We do not want here to come the gringos to enslave us,” he said.
The minister said that Venezuela will continue to advance in the defense of his sovereignty and independence, along the path of victory, prosperity, joy and solidarity.
