Defense Minister, General Vladimir Padrino López, held a meeting with FANB officers in order to fine-tune the details of Operation Republic.
On his X account, the Vice President of the Sovereignty, Security and Peace Sector also posted a video in which he can be seen holding a meeting with members of the Strategic Operational Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (Ceofanb).
“Fine-tuning the details of Operation Republic! On July 28, our people will freely express themselves in peace and democracy, under the unwavering protection of the #FANB. Venezuela is and will continue to be a territory of peace. More elections! More democracy!” he said.
It should be remembered that last Wednesday, July 24, the deployment of the Plan República began from Los Próceres, with 338 thousand FANB troops, with the aim of guaranteeing the security and protection of electoral material, next Sunday, July 28.
