Padrino López demands administrative speed within the Fanb

The sectoral vice president of Defense and Sovereignty, Vladimir Padrino López, began the work week with an exhaustive review of the personnel administration processes within the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (Fanb).

During a meeting with the Inspector General and personnel directorates, the military high command, Minister López agreed to prioritize the well-being of human resources over bureaucratic processes.

In this sense, the military chief urged the agencies in charge to act quickly to prevent obstacles from affecting the management of human talent in the institution.

Through a message broadcast on his Telegram channel, the minister emphasized the need to provide immediate responses to the members of the Armed Forces.

The goal set by the Ministry of Defense seeks to update and streamline files related to promotions, seniority recognitions and military trials.

The minister stressed that men and women constitute the heart of the institution above weapons systems.

The sectoral Vice President of Defense and Sovereignty urged the components of the military justice system and the legal consultancy to work quickly in this new stage.

According to the head of Defense, these actions will allow the Fanb to continue evolving efficiently in the current national situation.
