The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation announced that this year will grant up to 26,604 housing family bonds (BFH) to build a home through the program Own roof.

For this year, the bonus value is 6 UIT, that is S/32,100. For some regions such as Apurímac, Puno and Cusco, a subsidy of up to S/36,915 will be allocated, while in Huánuco and Pasco S/37,236, in Amazonas S/37,557 and in Madre de Dios S/38,520.

What should I access to get the bonus?

One of the things that must be taken into account to access the BHF is that an independent land or airs must be possessed duly registered in public records. This property should not have loads or levies.
