Compared to 2023, the main change was the slight reduction (0.6 percentage points) in homes that still pay their home. The analysis according to the sex of the head of the household shows a growing gap: the proportion of owners between men and tenants between women increased. This trend reflects greater vulnerability of households led by women in terms of access and safety in housing possession.
