Parents of young people and adolescents who attended a massive Halloween party with more than 20 thousand people in Córdoba denounced the organization of the event for leaving only one exit door, so there was crowding, fainting and shoving when the assistants had to evacuate the place before a wind storm that rose this morning.

The event occurred at Predio Bosque, a dance venue in the Chateau Carreras neighborhood in the northwest area of ​​the provincial capitalwhen before 4.30 an important wind was unleashed, the event was canceled and everyone looked for the exit immediately.


The chaos spread to the outskirts of the place, where A large number of cars were boxed in and had great difficulty in being able to evacuate the place.

Maxi Pita, father of a young woman who attended the scene, explained to local media that the situation was “desperate.”

“The exit was complicated for us, to put order in the exit, it was necessary to end the party, because if a lighting tower fell, the sound would be more problematic”

“The boys began to run out of the place and found that everything was covered with cars like mine,” he said.

“It was disgusting and terrible, there were boys lying on top of the hoods of the cars, on the roofs”he added.

In addition, he explained that “in 101 they never answered, in 107 they never answered, in 911 they never answered.”

The township version

The local Municipality gave its version of the events, and in that sense the director of Public Shows, Julio Suárez, confirmed that the celebration was authorized and that due to the wind it was decided to cut it in an untimely manner.

“Since they were very massive parties, I decided directly to make fixed points, employees at a party, and other employees in the area of ​​the Chateau where I was,” said Suárez.

The official acknowledged that everything was complicated by the arrival of the wind and earth storm over the Capital.

“We arranged that the party had to end before the end time -scheduled for 6 o’clock- because sometimes the public does not understand the decision that is for security safeguards, that is why a decision is made,” he added.
