Last Wednesday, August 7, a security camera captured an incident that has generated great indignation in the community of the Alarcón neighborhood of Bucaramanga. At 1:40 in the afternoon, a man, accompanied by several pets, brutally attacked a collie shepherd dog for no apparent reason.
In the images you can see how the individual, after interacting with his animals, picks up one of his dogs and prepares to leave.

However, unexpectedly, he decides to return and violently kick the shepherd collie that was tied to the railing of a platform in front of a commercial establishment.
They reacted and attacked him for kicking the dog.
The attack did not go unnoticed by two women who were present. They immediately reacted and began to hit the man in defence of the dog that had been attacked.
The situation escalated when another man intervened, reproaching the aggressor for his deplorable act.
