A video has gone viral on social media in which individuals are seen allegedly abandoning a dog in the middle of a public road.
The incident occurred in the municipality of Duitama (Boyacá).
The images show a man getting out of a taxi with the dog.
He then tries to get back into the vehicle, leaving the animal outside.
In the midst of the situation, the dog was seen desperate and struggling so that the man would not leave him on the street.
In anguish, the canine tried to get in through the car window, but because of its size it was impossible.
The co-pilot of the vehicle did not allow the dog to enter the car.
Although it is not yet known whether this is a case of abandonment, the images have caused all kinds of reactions.
