Visits to the Single Supplier File (FUP) grew 56% and totaled 1,626,862 in 2022, reported the State Procurement Supervisory Body (OSCE).
The FUP is a digital tool that allows to know the information of natural or legal persons registered in the National Registry of State Providers, and was developed within the framework of the OSCE’s transparency policy.
“It contains information that is obtained from the integration with the databases managed by other entities, such as the National Elections Board (JNE), the Comptroller General of the Republic, the Judiciary, the National Civil Service Authority and the Ministry of Justice”, indicated the OSCE.

It also has data from suppliers that comply with good practices such as the Blue Certificate, Safe Company Free of Violence against Women, and Registry of Promotional Companies for People with Disabilities.
“The FUP has a database of suppliers sanctioned by international bodies, such as the World Bank List of companies and individuals and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) List of sanctioned companies and individuals,” the agency said.
Likewise, he specified that the largest number of queries to this tool during the past year was observed in the months of February, May and June.
