According to the Legal Defense Unit (UDJ), the sentence was divided into five years for alleged “conspiracy against the homeland” and three for “propagation of false news.” In addition, Daniel Ortega’s regime imposed 500 days of fines on her and disqualified her from holding public office.

False evidence to convict her
