Harold de Jesús Delgado was appointed counselor minister with consular functions at the Nicaraguan embassy in the Dominican Republic, according to Ministerial Agreement No. 18-2023 published in La Gaceta Official Gazette No. 85 on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.
