Ortega prosecutor Alicia Solís was in charge of presenting the formal accusation against Chino Enoch. The case will be processed in the fifth criminal court with Judge Nalia Nadezha Úbeda Obando, the same court that handles the case of the political prisoner Yubrank Suazo.
