This meeting will be decisive before the runoff on November 24 and promises to address key issues in five thematic blocks: Human Development, Economy, Security, Knowledge and Work.
Each of the candidates will have three interventions in each thematic block, with a staggered duration: the first will be three minutes, the second will be two and the last will be one minute. Likewise, they will be able to make two replicas without interruptions. Both candidates will have the possibility of being accompanied in the studio by six advisors, who will be able to assist them in real time during the debate.
The Press Association (APU) will be in charge of defining, next Tuesday, who will be the moderators of the event. Additionally, a drawing will be held to determine which candidate will begin and who will close with the final message.
The debate will last a total of two hours, with two advertising sessions of approximately seven minutes each, in which no electoral advertising will be allowed.
