Orobio on “Asset Forfeiture Law: “I don’t think anyone in the country is opposed to an initiative to combat crime”

The lawyer Victor Orobio spoke about the debate that is taking place in the National Assembly on the bill for the extinction of domain, where he considers that the technical committee did an important job to establish controls to avoid arbitrariness.

“You have to be honest, I don’t think anyone in the country is opposed to an initiative to combat crime, I think we are all in favor of crime not spreading to all sectors and avoiding what happens in other countries,” Orobio said.
