With just 48 hours of rest, Oriente Petrolero and Independiente Petrolero will return to the ring in a rescheduled match on date 18 of the Clausura tournament, which will be played this Friday starting at 8:00 p.m. at the Ramón Tahuichi Aguilera stadium. The refinery team has no margin for error after falling 4-0 on Wednesday in their visit to Universitario.
The match between Santa Cruz and Chuquisaqueños was supposed to be played on October 20, but was postponed since the VAR teams could not reach the eastern capital due to road blockades.
Both Oriente and Independiente are far from the fight for the title and are out of the positions for international tournaments in 2025. The albiverde is thirteenth in the accumulated with 36 units, while the capital appears in tenth place with one more point.
However, Oriente still owes a match, as it will have to play against The Strongest in La Paz, although there is no set date yet.
The actions will be directed by Ramiro Ticona, who will be assisted from the wings by Emanuel Castañeda and Reluy Vallejos, while Elvis Rodríguez will be on the VAR.
