Many doubts have arisen after the president Dina Boluarte will announce this fridaythrough a resolution, the creation of a Commission for the Reorganization of the Presidential Office, which will be in charge of Óscar Schiappa Pietra and will work for a period of 15 days. In his first statements to the press, Schiappa gave details about the state of Boluarte’s office as soon as he entered the Government and the functions that he will carry out during the period of his duties in said working group.
“President Dina Boluarte has found a presidential office in a lot of chaos where unfortunately there have been all kinds of corruption situations and where a series of decisions have been made without having the information to justify them,” Schiappa said in conversation with TV Peru.
For this reason, the objective of those who make up this Organization Commission is to change this situation by “supporting the team that President Dina Boluarte has already appointed”. For Schiappa Pietra, the secretarial office would be effectively assigned, since she considers that the choice of Enrique Vílchez Vílchez is the most suitable.
“It must be said, the general secretariat of the presidential office is now in the hands of a highly qualified professional, Dr. Vílchez, who has a vast career in public management,” he asserted.
What functions will this Commission fulfill in the Presidential Office?
Óscar Schiappa Pietra, in charge of this work team, specified that his management is focused on giving “support to the efforts that President Dina Boluarte has already begun to assure citizens that the public function is exercised from the highest levels of Government with absolute honesty and with maximum efficiency”.
“Peruvians have the right to have those who govern us be the most capable people to represent us and to make decisions that affect the well-being of all,” said the official.
The work of this delegation will be maintained for a period of 15 days according to resolution No. 148-2022-PCM, and is chaired by Schiappa, and made up of Giofianni Diglio Peirano Torriani, president of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Strategic Planning (CEPLAN). ), an official from the Public Management Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, a member of the Government and Digital Transformation Secretariat of the Presidential Council of Ministers, and the economists Jorge Fernando Chávez Álvarez and Flavio Erneso Ausejo Castillo, all of them Appointed Ad Honorem.
