The information was published through his Twitter account in which he detailed that the disappearance of the people occurred in the El Pinar sector of the Caracciolo Parra y Olmedo municipality. The people were identified as: José Ramos Pabón, 40 years old; Yohelis Ruiz, 29, and a minor, Alejandra Arellano.
He specified that in the municipalities of Obispo Ramos de Lora and Tulio Febres Cordero is where the greatest problems were registered due to the rains of the last few hours. “Only in Obispo Ramos de Lora, we have 10 rivers with overflow, 11 landslides, 89 homes with serious conditions and more than 209 families affected in more than 13 sectors, some still isolated. All Civil Protection personnel and firefighters are deployed working tirelessly, “he reported.

In the Alberto Adriani municipality, the flooding of the river caused damage to the 42-inch main pipe that supplies drinking water to El Vigía.
