Opposition releases video in tribute to María Corina Machado

He Command With Venezuela released this Monday through its social networks a video in tribute to the opposition leader María Corina Machado, who will receive the Nobel Peace Prize 2025 in Oslo, Norway.

The video celebrates Machado’s career as a symbol of democratic resistance and highlights the international recognition of his fight for freedom and human rights.

Titled “His history is your history. The Nobel is ours”, the material compiles emblematic moments of Machado’s political career, as well as relevant events in the country over 25 years.

It was published regarding the activities prior to the award ceremonywhich will take place at Oslo City Hall, with the presence of international leaders, Venezuelan artists and representatives of the diaspora.

Machado, in hiding due to persecution by the government of Nicolás Maduro, confirmed his attendance at the ceremony, despite the risks involved in leaving the country.

The Norwegian Nobel Committee has highlighted his “tireless defense of democracy against the brutal Maduro government.”

The Nobel ceremony will be accompanied by a series of cultural and protocol events, and will feature the participation of leaders, diplomats and Venezuelans Gabriela Montero and Danny Ocean, who will pay tribute to the winner with musical performances inspired by the Venezuelan identity.
