He agreement supposedly illegal between MIDE and Aurix SA S., which would last 12 months and for which the amount is unknown, until now, was part of the “repeated behavior” of the businessman in wanting to control, interfere and participate in activities of capture, interference, monitoring and location of information managed by organizations destined for the national securityaccording to the accusing body.
