Operation Alpha: 117 people apprehended in the last 24 hours

During the last 24 hours, the security forces through Operation Alpha apprehended a total of 177 people, of which 193 were ex officio, 59 for administrative offenses, 16 in flagrante delicto and 9 for micro-trafficking in different parts of the country.

19 search procedures were carried out and 7 firearms with 32 ammunition were seized, B/. 92.00 in cash and three cars were recovered with a report of theft and robbery. In addition, 24 foreigners were detected for various offenses and a medical evacuation was carried out.

The National Directorate of Transit Operations placed 1,788 violations of the Traffic Regulations, of these 480 were for speeding, 42 for proven drunkenness, 17 for alcoholic breath and 66 inappropriate lights, 25 for expired license and 24 for talking on a cell phone. . A total of 89 vehicles were towed away for various reasons.
