The Ministry of Labor, through Pension and Parafiscal Unit (UGPP) opened a new call round for the program ‘Incentive for the Generation of New Employment’.
Employers who have hired additional workers compared to those they had in March 2021 can apply to access the economic support provided by the National Government.
This aid corresponds to $250,000 for each additional young person aged 18 to 28 linked; $150,000 for each linked woman over 28 years of age who earns up to 3 minimum wages and $100,000 to integrate each man over 28 years of age into his payroll Earn up to 3 minimum wages.
This call will be open until Thursday, September 29 and financial entities will receive, in person or virtually, applications from employers that meet the requirements.
The Government reiterated that, as of next month’s applications, only those who have already received the incentive will be able to benefit.
It is worth mentioning that the program will be valid until August 2023, and each beneficiary may receive the incentive up to 12 times.
