The company intelligence announced the opening of 300 vacancies for bilingual people in Bogotá and 300 in Medellín, to work as customer service agents in telecommunications immediately.

Applicants must have a B2+/C1 level of English, with availability from Monday to Sunday to work 42 hours per week and a compensatory day. Those who are selected will have a direct indefinite term contract.
Monthly base salary is $2,800,000, three bonuses totaling $700,000 (first $200,000 welcome bonus, second ‘happiness’ bonus at 3 months of $200,000 and a third ‘premium’ bonus at 6 months of $300,000) and monthly performance-based incentives. Training is 100% paid.
