That means that Almost 51 million soles will be spent for the remaining 30 political groupswith the objective of disseminating their government plans and electoral propaganda, in accordance with their objectives and considering the assigned economic allocation.
In this last group of 30 political organizations without a presence in Congress are Libertad Popular, Perú Primero, Partido Morado, Primero la Gente, Apra, Frepap, Ahora Nación, Venceremos, Fuerza Libertad, Unidad Nacional, among others. Fringe Media Plan
All these details have been made official by the ONPE, which has just approved the media plan corresponding to the electoral strip of the general elections on April 12, as established by Chief Resolution No. 000011-2026-JN/ONPE, published this Wednesday in El Peruano.
To establish the media plan for the electoral strip, the ONPE specified that, between January 2 and 16, the Claridad portal was enabled so that, according to its preference and assigned economic amount, each political organization chooses the available spaces and times with the aim of contracting advertising in the media and digital platforms.
It is important to note that the space contracted by the State for the general elections will be broadcast from Wednesday, February 11 to Thursday, April 9 through the contracted media, whether through radio TV or social networks.
The ONPE also specified that the audios, video spots or reels that will be broadcast must have a maximum duration of 30 seconds and have a sign language interpreter. “The messages may be made in any of the official languages provided for in the Constitution and, in the case of videos in a language other than Spanish, they must be accompanied by their respective translation,” he indicated.
