The Ayni Regional Movement proposed to Saturnina Quispe De la Cruz, 55 years old, apart from her primary and secondary studies, she registered in her resume having studies in Communication at the Huancavelica Public Pedagogical Institute of Higher Education.

He did not register university or post-university studies, in work experience he only says that he worked from 2013 and 2014 as a citizen security agent in the Provincial Municipality of Huancavelica, when Leoncio Huayllani was mayor.

Since 2021 she has been secretary general of Ayni, and from 2017 to 2021 she was regional secretary of peasant communities of the same movement; which is the only one she belonged to.

It has no sentences, nor does it register income from the public or private sector.

He also declared himself a communal shareholder of the Ecosemul Communal Company of Santa Bárbara, from which he has been temporarily suspended and owns a 3-story noble material property and a piece of land.

For the Regional Water Movement, Edith Barinia Ayme Bustamante, 37, a graduate in obstetrics, graduated from a master’s degree in public management, is running for regional deputy governor.

She stated that she had worked since 2013 in the health sector as team coordinator for the budget program and the referral and counter-referral system and health services; she has no previous political experience, nor any sentence.

For the LAMPA party, the candidate for lieutenant governor is Vike Mendez Coca, 29, a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Alas Peruanas University.

In her professional experience, she claims to have worked since 2017 in institutions such as the Huancavelica Regional Directorate of Transport as a typist (in 2017), technical assistant in 2018; from 2019 to 2020 as coordinator of a solid waste program in the Municipality of Bellavista (Callao); in the Regional Government of Huancavelica and in Congress as auxiliary level II in 2021.

The candidate stated that she had no previous sentences or previous experience in politics; Within her income, she declared having an annual income of 18,186 soles from her work in the public sector.

ONLY MALE EXCLUDED FOR HIDING SENTENCE IN SOMOS PERU

The other party in the electoral contest is Somos Perú, however, its candidate José Cárdenas Ordoñez was excluded by the Electoral Jury for not declaring a sentence in the category of intentional crimes, in this case for the crime of omission of family assistance.
