Only 50 councilors and five regional councilors from the entire department enrolled on time in the “Training Program for Authorities of Subnational Government Bodies 2023 – Level 1”, organized by the Comptroller’s Office.

It should be noted that there are 11 regional councilors and in the 102 districts, there are a total of 57 provincial and 471 district councillors.
