States and municipalities will now be able to indicate to the federal government the stopped works that need to be resumed with priority. Since this Friday (10), the hands-on platforma monitoring system that will allow local governments to update, in a database, paralyzed or unfinished developments in their regions.
Developed by the Federal Data Processing Service (Serpro) in less than 30 days, the platform will indicate to the Union which projects deserve to be resumed more urgently. The tool will help the federal government map and identify priorities.
According to Serpro, mayors and governors should prioritize projects aimed at health, education, sports and culture. The list should also contain housing units from the Minha Casa, Minha Vida Program and projects from the Ministry of Cities portfolio.
Municipal and state managers will have until April 10 to update the information. Claims will be responded to in the order in which they are sent. The prefecture or state government that feeds the database first will have the work request analyzed earlier, placed in an equivalent place in the analysis queue.
In partnership with the ministries, the Civil House will analyze the database. Based on the guidelines of the Presidency of the Republic, the body will define which works should be resumed immediately.

The design and prototype of the product, informed Serpro, required intensive use of UX tools, which provide better fluidity for service users. Data science techniques were also adopted to support the process of receiving, validating, crossing and consolidating the databases.
