“In itself, the experience in private institutions is quite demanding as far as teaching is concerned. Already in virtual classes, it was a very strong challenge, where, even, the boys were not used to this pace of work nor were we as teachers. “Maybe it was a moment where we all learned, but it was too stressful. For me it was an experience not at all comfortable. Dads, on the other hand, also have tremendous demands. They wanted immediate results and didn’t realize that learning is a slow, progressive process and that results don’t happen overnight,” she explained.
Stress and health problems forced him to resign.
“The fact of health, that affects my spirit. It is possible that, if the pandemic had not happened, I would continue teaching. Perhaps I would be in another position, without abandoning that vocation that truly gives me great satisfaction, because teaching is an art and a way of life. It is a learning and an ongoing process,” he stated.
