The judge of the Permanent Attention Office of Santo Domingo Este rescheduled the hearing for today at 9:00 in the morning, so that the defendant’s defense is present.
In addition to the urban exponent, Fernelis Capellán Matos (Cerdo Gatillo), who is a fugitive, accused of shooting the victim on the order of Onguito Wa, is also involved in the incident, according to the lawyer of the attacked person Erick Segura.
According to the request for a measure of coercion implemented by the Public Ministry, it is established that when the victim was on 5th Street, Invi, in the Los Mina sector, where he works as a motoconchista, he was attacked by the accused, the reggaeton singer Santo Alcántara (Onguito Wa), along with the fugitive Capellán Matos (Cerdo Gatillo), who arrived aboard a Honda brand vehicle, Fit model, gray, of the year 2017, hosted by the urban artist and owned by his mother.
Then the fugitive, Capellán Matos (Cerdo Gatillo), without saying a word, got out of the car and fired several shots at the victim, hitting him in different parts of his body, causing projectile wounds.
Pig Trigger attacked the victim, while the urban artist was waiting for his accomplice on board in the vehicle. The incident occurred at 11:00 in the morning on December 22 of last year according to the victim.
The document indicates that the victim, Báez Ciprián, was physically attacked with a firearm because several years ago, Cerdo Gatillo had beaten his father, and since he knew them, he tried to separate them both.
The authorities are pursuing the fugitive.
