The National Police reported this Monday about the arrest of two men accused of kill Luciano Custodio Figueroa, 33 years old, during a assault occurred when he was going to work at a private security company, in the Altos del Cachón sector, municipality Santo Domingo East.
The detained are Diorlin César Reyes Pérezalias “Cacón”, 21 years old, and Wilmer Antonio Emilianoalias “The Guard”, 18.
The institution explained that Reyes Perez was delivered to authorities through human rights leaders.
