One of the most wanted in Colombia trapped in Zulia

Jaider Luis Ramos Moreno, a Colombian national, was captured at the La Troja Citizen Service Point, Guajira municipality, Zulia state.

Moreno is a member of a Tancol group (Colombian Drug Trafficking Armed Terrorists) that operates in the aforementioned municipality of Zulia.

The subject appears on a list as the most wanted by the National Metropolitan Police of Cartagena de Indias due to his involvement in the crimes of homicide, theft and illicit drug trafficking, according to the report of the Bolivarian National Guard. The subject was traveling in a public transport unit. In Zulia he allegedly trafficked weapons for irregular groups.

The Public Ministry was notified.
