SANTO DOMINGO.- The National Statistics Office (ONE) reported this Friday that it set up a space on the first floor of the Juan Pablo Duarte Government Office Building to expedite the consultation processes for per diem payments and fees for the personnel of the X National Population and Housing Census.
The ONE indicated that all registration personnel who wish to check the status of their payments must go to this space to be assisted.

Likewise, in order to facilitate these consultations, the ONE made available two web portals and a call center to expedite the process.

The Census concluded this Wednesday, December 30, after twenty days of data collection that, according to the National Statistics Office, has been completed in 26 provinces and the rest are in the closing phase.
Regarding payments to enumerators, the ONE kept constantly reporting on their status. On Wednesday it was notified that 68% of the payments had been made, that 12% was available to be collected and that the remaining 20% remained in transit.
In total, 90,328 payments had been charged to the system, of which 61,372 had been collected, a total of 11,187 were available and 17,769 in transit.
