Santo Domingo.- The possibility of significant rains will be low in the next 48 hours in Dominican territory, due to the presence in the area of a high pressure system, which prevents the formation of clouds.
However, in mountainous areas there could be showers (transient rain) due to the entry of fresh air, although they would be of low intensity.

Regarding the temperature, it will continue to be low in mountainous areas and pleasant in the other regions of the Dominican Republic, according to the report this Sunday from the National Meteorology Offices (Onamet).
The agency reported that the lowest temperature (-2 degrees Celsius) is recorded in the Valle Nuevo area, in the Constanza municipality, La Vega province.
