On March 23, Bolivia commemorates the Day of the Sea. This date recalls the Battle of Calama or Topáter of 1879, the first confrontation between Bolivian and Chilean troops in the middle of the War of the Pacific for which Bolivia lost its coastline.

Although it is one of the historical dates that raises the most regret in the inhabitants of Bolivia, since as a result of the War of the Pacific the country loses its access to the sea, it is important to know all the background.

This is why, to remember this historic date, EL DEBER brings you an unmissable educational sheet that will be published together with the print edition, this Tuesday, March 21.

The full color megasheet contains graphics alluding to the date, which can be very useful for the little ones in the house, to cut out or read and thus complete the tasks they give at school. Contains a summary of the entire story.

Those interested in acquiring EL DEBER with the sheet can do so at the sales points of the canillitas, markets, roundabouts and citadels of Santa Cruz de la Sierra.

The newspaper is also sold at Makro Parque, Super Tía, Hipermaxi, Fidalga, Micromarket Listo (Urubó area), Farmacorp, Roho, Multicenter, Biopetrol and at EL DEBER agencies located at Ventura Mall, Las Brisas, Calle Independencia and the agency South, diagonally from the former EL DEBER building.
