The average citizen approval of the 32 governors of the country registered a decrease last July, standing at 49.4% from 50.5%, which was the figure for June.
According to the Mitofsky Ranking of Governors for El Economista, the 32 state Executives had a drop in their endorsement.
The governor who presented the greatest drop in her approval was María Eugenia Campos, (Chihuahua), going from 45.1 to 41.7%, that is, a decrease of 3.4 points.
He was followed by Miguel Ángel Navarro (Nayarit) from 52.7 to 49.6%; David Monreal Ávila, (Zacatecas) from 27.8 to 25.9%, Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla (Michoacán) from 39 to 37.1% and Miguel Barbosa (Puebla) from 38 to 36.2 percent.
The ranking also indicated that only two governors registered outstanding approval (more than 60%); 16, high (from 50 to 60%); nine, medium (between 40 and 49%), and five, low (less than 40%).
