A follow-up inspection in the paid zone of the Balboa bus stop towards the Vía España sector, was carried out this Monday by the Ombudsman through its Citizen Support Plan (PAC), with the aim of verifying the frequency of the service provided by Mi Bus, in this sector and other situations that users demand.

At approximately 5:30 a.m. This tour was initiated by Human Rights Officers from the Citizen Attention Directorate, corroborating that users are unprotected before the rainy season enters, due to the absence of tents.

Likewise, during the tour it was detected that the drivers of the Mi Bus units do not reserve the seats intended for people with disabilities or for the elderly.

The Ombudsman’s Office stated that it will continue with the operations and will give its reports with recommendations to guarantee the human rights of users.
