Wilstermann is experiencing a delicate situation in terms of management. In the last few hours, Omar Mustafa decided to verbally resign from the club’s presidency, according to reports from the media in the city of Cochabamba.
The reason for this drastic decision has to do with a Labor lawsuit filed by former massage therapist of the first team, Betzabé Ybáñezwho is demanding payment of social benefits, which resulted in a writ of execution against the now former owner of the Aviador club.
Betzabé Ybáñez was removed from her position more than three years ago by Mauricio Soria, who at that time was the team’s coach and Grover Vargas served as club president.
For now, Uncertainty reigns in Wilstermannbecause the resignation has not yet been accepted by the rest of the board and if accepted, Vice President Yuri Gil would be required to take the reins of the institution.
