The Secretary of Security of Mexico City, Omar Garcia Harfuchstated that during the disappearance of the 43 normalistas from Ayotzinapa in Iguala, Guerrero, on September 26 and 27, 2014, he was serving as commissioner of the then Gendarmerie division in Michoacán, for which he reiterated that did not attend any meeting to agree on the so-called “historical truth” as maintained by the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR).
