The lawyer Alberto Terán Martínez, legal consultant for ICM Proyectos 2001, filed a letter with the Public Ministry narrating a series of persecutions that alleged officials of security organizations have made against him, who apparently seek to physically eliminate him.
Terán Martínez recorded the document before the 67th National Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry, where he narrates that on March 10, he tried to be kidnapped on the road that leads to Píritu (Anzoátegui), a town where the ICM oil company, provider of services to the state company Petropiar.
Later, when Terán Martínez arrived in Píritu, several people told him that they had observed armed men wearing ski masks asking for ICM Proyectos.
Terán Martínez suspects that the perpetrators of this type of actions are orchestrated by a former partner of the company who recently filed a lawsuit and lost it; character allegedly linked to Carlos Vecchio and Juan Guaidó.
“It would be the desperate action of those who have seen their excessive attempts to force us to an economic agreement fail, trying to use and confuse our justice, an objective that thanks to the country’s institutions has not been achieved,” says Terán Martínez in the communication delivered to the Prosecutor’s Office .
