SUTEL announced a 24-hour strike this Friday
Unionized workers will hold an assembly to discuss collective bargaining or proposals for the next government.
The Single Telecommunications Union (SUTEL) will carry out a 24-hour strike this Friday, October 18, as reported in a statement.
The measure “will affect the services provided throughout the national territory,” indicates the published text. That day, Antel’s unionized workers will hold their general assembly.
“On this occasion, different topics will be addressed, including: defense of Antel, proposals for the next government and collective bargaining,” the text states.
“Attention, both in person and by telephone, will depend on the level of support that the strike has,” they noted, while commenting that the services would not be affected even if the union measure has high levels of support.
