This Sunday the official registry of the Ministry of Health on Covid-19 published that in Bolivia 49 cases were recordedthe lowest number of the fourth wave that was declared as concluded by the authorities of the branch.
Santa Cruz was the department that registered 17 cases, one of the lowest; they are followed by La Paz 16, Potosí six, Cochabamba four, Chuquisaca three; Oruro two, Tarija one case, while Pando and Beni did not record any positive cases of coronavirus.
The total number of cases in 25 months of the pandemic it would be 902,497 patients who contracted the deadly virus; while the death toll reached 21,896, the same figure as on Saturday, which means that there were no deaths this Sunday.
As for those recovered, it continues to grow since this Sunday 1,063 people came out of the disease either at home or in a hospital. La Paz registered the highest number with 553 patients, Chuquisaca 353, Santa Cruz 120, Cochabamba 36, Tarija one and four other departments, Potosí, Oruro, Beni and Pando did not register recovered patients.
So far, this group of people has already reached 842,596 patients throughout the country that surpassed the virus and there are still 38,005 that are still registered as active cases.
In the case of the supply of vaccines dropped to the figure of 1,182 doses placed this Sunday, lower levels than those foreseen by the authorities that have vaccination posts in all cities, but people do not go.
The Government stated that so far already supplied 13,147,393 doses between the first, second, third, single dose, dose to the different age groups of the Sputnik V, AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Pfizer vaccines
