Official of the Electoral Prosecutor’s Office arrested for allegedly selling illicit substances online

The Public Ministry reported the arrest of two people who were allegedly selling illicit substances “online”, one of them was an official of the Electoral Prosecutor’s Office. According to investigations, the latter even sold the products during working hours.

According to the Prosecutor’s Office, these people had an online store where they offered different products and candies filled with drugs. People who wanted to acquire them could enter the platform and select their favorites from the catalog.

The Drug Prosecutor’s Office carried out five controlled purchase procedures to finally achieve the apprehension of the two citizens on February 15.

The operation for which the arrest was made was called “Dorado” and took place in Brisas del Golf.
