The Ministries of Finance and Prices (MFP) and Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment (MINCEX) issued a resolution that establishes import tariffs for all types of products.
The legal norm, published in the Extraordinary Official Gazette number 6 of the Republic of Cuba, establishes the customs tariffs of the merchandise, both to those that correspond to apply the general tariff and that of the most favored nation.
The latter are listed by sections, chapters, headings, subheadings and groups in the Single Annex that is attached and forms an integral part of this Resolution, in correspondence with the Nomenclature of the Harmonized Product Classification System, established by Resolution 107, issued by the Head of the National Office of Statistics and Information.
