Odebrecht: Otto Bula regained his freedom

A judge for the Execution of Penalties and Security Measures of Bogotá, ordered the immediate release of former congressman Otto Bula, after serving his five-year sentence for having been the intermediary of the multinational Odebrecht in Colombia.

As a result of the sentence served, Bula regained his freedom, became the key file of the Attorney General’s Office to expose the international network of corruptionthat permeated politics in Colombia.

After signing a pre-agreement, Bula not only turned on the fan but also revealed unpublished details of how the corruption scandal was planned and executed, for which several well-known businessmen were splashed and later also prosecuted.

This Friday afternoon it was known that he regained his freedom,for having finished serving his sentence with house arrest.
