The shield that will stamp the uniforms of the São Paulo team from next January has a crown on the emblem and between the stars that represent the world club titles of 1962 and 1963, which the Saints he conquered when he still had in his ranks the man considered by many to be the best footballer in the world.

The new shield, provided for in the statute that the club’s management approved last November, will adorn the uniforms of the men’s and women’s soccer teams, both professional and youth, as well as those of the futsal teams of the Saints.

The tribute was presented at a press conference this Tuesday at the club headquarters, in which the team was announced Under-20 that will play the Brazilian championship of the category next January.

The official debut of the uniform with the new shield is scheduled for January 4, when the Santos Sub-20 team will face Sao Raymond in the city of saint andre.
