Aiming to lead Series B of the Brazilian Championship, Novorizontino visits Chapecoense, starting at 5pm (Brasília time) this Saturday (2) at Arena Condá, in Chapecó, for the 35th round of the competition. THE TV Brasil broadcasts live.
Occupying second place in the standings with 60 points, just two behind leader Santos, who face Vila Nova, Tigre do Vale knows that an away win puts them very close to qualifying for the next season of Série A. .
According to the team’s coach, in a press conference after the triumph over Guarani in the last round, the expectation is that the next rounds will bring even greater challenges: “The games are getting more difficult now, more decisive, and winning at this time is important. We came from two games with six points, we managed to maintain important fat in this final stretch. There are still many games to go, many points up for grabs, it is an important victory, but there are still some steps to be taken.”
On the other side of the field will be a Chapecoense team that has a different challenge, that of guaranteeing its permanence in Series B. With 40 points, Verdão do Oeste is in 13th place, just four points behind CRB, the first team within the Z4 (zone of relegation).

To achieve this goal, Chapecoense is trying to take advantage of the good moment, especially after the 1-0 victory over Brusque, at the Augusto Bauer stadium, in the last round.
Now, playing at home, coach Gilmar Dal Pozzo hopes for an even better result: “In the next game we hope to create more chances at home with the support of our fans. I told the athletes in the locker room that they can celebrate today [a vitória sobre o Brusque]but without much euphoria, as we already have another difficult game ahead of us, we are very close to staying”.
