From 11:00 a.m. this Tuesday, Cristina Kirchner presents, through her social networks, the presentation of her defense against the crimes for which she is accused in the Vialidad case and for which the prosecutor Diego Luciani requested a 12-year prison sentence and disqualification from holding office public.

Throughout her presentation, she exposed one by one the evidence of what she considers to have been part of a script and of the media campaign that was established against her, for the public work, and stated that “they were not accusations, it was a fiction, a script, and quite bad, as well as false”.
Listing each of the testimonies summoned by the Prosecutor’s Office, he affirmed that in said hearings the witnesses denied the existence of overpricing or works not carried out, and remarked that “nothing that the prosecutors said was proven.”
At the time, he maintained that the sentence was not a novelty: “I shouldn’t be surprised. The sentence was already written, as I said in 2019. When a justice system allows violating all the rules and that the judge who had declared himself incompetent (Ercolini) in a complaint made by the then deputy Carrió in 2011 “.
